A transformer cable thief was caught and beaten by vigilante in Rumuodomaya,Rivers State.He was paraded with the cables he stole.See more photos below





He didn't give up on vandalizing after that.
It is believed that he was killed when power was restored to the feeder, while he was attempting to vandalize.
